1. 了解Rock是很坚硬的一种自然资源，它是非生命体；
2. 了解Rock的用途，不仅可以为我们的饮食提供佐料，还可以建造房子建高墙，可以雕刻雕像；
3. 了解Soil的构成，由clay（黏土），sand（沙），humus（腐殖质），其中clay和sand都是很小很小的rocks，而humus是有动植物死亡腐烂后产生的；
4. 了解土壤的用途，可以用来种植物，为人类提供食物。
