本课教学目标：
1. 初步感知故事the two mice，感知folk tale民间故事，知道这篇故事属于民间故事，能够明白民间故事是经过人们口口相传-retold的概念；
2. 能够明白本篇民间故事中characters（主人公）的概念，并将主人公两只小老鼠的行为特点联系起来；
3. 能够在阅读前通过picture walk和教师引导性问题来预测和思考，例如预测Are these two mice good friends?
4. 能通过听课件，在教师的引导下理解文章大意；
5. 能通过阅读来积累文章中的关键词和常见词，例如folk tale, retold, snowflake等；
6. 能够结合所学高频词和拼读技巧来阅读部分段落和句子。
