Here are my solutions:

Solution 1. Record a video to ask our parents to put away the phone.

Solution 2.Write an article to ask parents play with children together and improve parent-child relationship in the family.Let more parents realize the importance of family.

Solution 3: Let parents pay more attention to the mental health of their children.
