My Mother

There must be a special person in everyone’s life. Once something happens, happy or sad, we want to share it with her first. My mother is the most important person in my life. She gave birth to me. From then on she has kept me company, giving me the courage to overcome difficulties while growing up, sharing my happiness in any progress I made. She lets me know what love is and what the most precious thing is.

Beside this, I get my courage from her. In my memory she always got up very early and slept very late. No matter how cold or hot it was, she went out to work. No matter what difficulties she encountered, she never gave into life's pressures. She keeps a pleasant smile on her face all the time. When I come across difficulties, I want to be brave, just like my mother.

She is also the most gentle person. Once when I scraped my knee by accident, she flew like a wind to my side and took out a piece of alcohol swab to clean the cut. Suddenly, I had the courage to stand up and I looked into her eyes, eyes filled with concentration and gentleness.

She blamed me when I wasn’t on the right track. She tried to urge me to do my homework and study harder when I was in front of the TV. Even though it was a bit harsh, I can feel her love and she is teaching me to love with heart.

I want to say thanks to my mother. Mum, I love you!
