A:The word chest/cheap/cheese contains the sound /tʃ/ at the beginning.

The word chance/charm/chime/chain contains the sound /tʃ/ at the beginning.

The word shell/shelf contains the sound /ʃ/ at the beginning.

The word sheet/shed/she contains the sound /ʃ/ at the beginning.

The word shirt/shut/shout/short contains the sound /ʃ/ at the beginning.

2.在阅读文章遇到这些单词的时候，应当尝试用双辅音的拼读规则来拼读。课上会引导小朋友通过拼读的方式来拼写单词。例如thunder：th-un-der，小朋友在引导下可以较快地拼出来了，有助于阅读和写作。平时学校遇到默写等练习的时候也可以用这种方式。识别出以上双辅音字母及其发音，准确读出以上字母组合。

u 爸爸妈妈在家中可以先用上面部分的三行线索，让孩子们猜这个单词是什么；猜不出没有关系，可以直接将这个词告诉孩子，但是要孩子自己根据单词的发音将对应的单词填入，主要是帮助孩子们熟悉和巩固拼读技能的。

Consonant Digraphs：

1.结合课件学习digraphs字母组合ch，sh，th，wh的发音，学生能够听出和读出ch，sh，th，wh的发音；

2.能够根据课件发音，找出相应的单词，并尝试拼读，引导孩子根据单词发音，尝试拼写出单词；

Mystery words：

强化孩子对于digraphs字母组合ch，sh，th，wh发音的掌握，结合课件引导孩子根据提示来练习拼写以字母组合ch，sh，th，wh打头的单词，例如：This word begins with the digraph sh. And it is a farm animal. It supplies wool. It says "baa". It's the word sheep.

1.语音作业：以语音为辅助，尝试自己读复习文档中的句子；

2.笔头作业：A.完成Classroom Connection Book下册第24页关于Digraph的作业，孩子需要图文结合，并通过阅读每个图对应的提示信息来组合字母，同时将圆圈里头的字母写到对应的数字上，最后会组成一句话，I love my family；家长可以适当帮助孩子，陪同孩子阅读提示信息。
