What is polar bear?

The polar bear is the biggest animal 

in the bear family.

It is up to 2.5 meters long, 

1.6 meters tall 

and weighs 500 kilograms.

 Polar bears are not only 

good at swimming in cold water, 

but also good at 

quick jump on the ice.

The maximum high jump 

can reach a height of 1.8 meters.

Where do the polar bears live?

Polar bears live in the arctic. 

They make their home 

near the arctic ocean’s floes, 

island  and near the coastline of 

neighboring continents.

Polar bears, like other bears are 

both herbivores and carnivores, 

they are omnivores. 

Which means they eat 

both plants and meat.  

Polar bear eat bear-berries,  

seal, penguins and fish.

Polar bear is an endangered animal 

because of the global warming 

and harmful chemicals 

that man is releasing 

into the environment.

If the polar bears extinct, 

then the polar bears 

as natural enemies of animals 

is likely to proliferate.

The population inside vary 

may have an outbreak of the plague 

which makes its populations 

interlocking. 

Finally the arctic ecosystem 

is likely collapse.

I want to protect all the animals 

and protect all the good things 

in the world.
